We thought it would be fun to catch the Hot Air Balloon show in Colorado Springs this year. We packed up early and drove down to the Springs to join in the excitement. Danny's brother James and his family and Normando and Jamie were also all going. So we met up and hung out together while we waited for the balloons to take off! they let us know pretty quickly that due to the cloudy weather they would not have any balloons taking off for the day! 
They did announce that the pilots could inflate their balloons if they chose to. A few did so we at least got something to look at. Once we realized they we not taking off, I took Bronwyn over to the kids play area where they have lots of jumping castles and bouncy slides. That kept her entertained.
We're going to plan better for next year and we are heading back down to the Albuquerque show! We went 2 years ago and we think it's be lots of fun to go back. So far we think Jamie and Normando and James and Sarah might be planning to try it too! It'll be great!

That looks so totally awesome! I would love to go to one of those shows someday! Or better yet, ride in one!
