The North Pole!

This past week with my brother in town was a blast! I have so many pictures!!! I'll try to have an upload overload! The last time Roger, Peyton, and Hunter got to see Bronwyn she was only 3 months old. So this time was so much more fun! I think Bronwyn fell in love with Uncle Roger, as she always seemed to be grabbing his hand to play or follow her. And each day Hunter was looking for Bronwyn, waiting for her to come over Grandma and Grandpa's so that they could play together! One of the days they were here we went down to the North Pole in Colorado Springs. I've only been there in August so being there on a cold day was lots of fun! Especially seeing Santa in the winter... that seemed to make more sense!!! Here are some pictures from the day!

Happy Turkey Day!!!

Just wanted to wish everyone a quick Happy Thanksgiving!!! I feel truely blessed this year for the little prince baking away in my tummy! I'm so thankful to have Danny and Bronwyn in my life everyday. Bronwyn makes me the proudest mommy around!!! This year my brother Roger and his family are here to celebrate Thanksgiving with us. It's been so nice spending time with them! I'll have lots of pictures to post once the week is over! I miss my nephews so much, but we've been having lots of fun with them since they got into town. And I'm so thrilled that they all are getting to spend time with Bronwyn! She's been loving every minute of it!

Bronwyn's 1st Haircut!!!

I took Bronwyn for her 1st hair cut... more like a hair trimming as it was not all that long, but it was just getting a little raggedy looking! I wanted it cleaned up a little, just not to lose her little curls in the back!!!

I took her to a fun place called LolliLocks! She got to sit on a special pink elephant and Miss Tracey trimmed away!





She sat really well. Miss Tracey did the cutest stlye on her hair! She even got glitter spray all through her hair when it was done!

One Crazy Kid!

The other night we were eating dinner and Bronwyn was being too silly with her food! Once she sees the camera come out all she wants to do is give me a quick pose! She doesn't yet understand when I am recording her. So here's a cute one of her... until she spits her food back out... sorry! It's just her new "thing"! But she's eating her veggies!!! That's the important part!

We're growing a baby boy!!!

For some of you this announcement may be overdue! We had our 20 week appointment on Wednesday and found out we are expecting a BABY BOY!!! Danny, Bronwyn, my mom and dad and Danny's mom Deb were all there to see the ultrasound. Once the ultrasound tech got through looking to make sure that all the important stuff was in place and correctly sized, she moved on down to tell us what was inside! She tried to let us guess what we were seeing on the screen. It's not easy... I'm sure most people can never see what's in those pictures! I wanted to say boy... but then if it was a girl I'd probably have felt bad! Girl was the safe choice to say! But she announced it! ALL BOY!!! And just after that, as she was pointing out stuff on the screen, he peed! We were able to watch a tiny trail of his pee float across in front in us! It looked like a dotted line that kept growing! After seeing that I think we were all pretty sure... it's a boy!

All the grandparents are excited! My mom even had what I call her "wishing doll" in her purse! Once we saw he's a boy, she gave it to me! She had a little baby girl rattel doll in her purse during the ultrasound to find out what Bronwyn was. I guess that's Grandma Intuition for ya'!



The rest of the checkup went well. I gained 6 pounds since last month!!! But that's 6 total... and I'll assume this baby boy will come out bigger than Bronwyn! Everything else is looking good. I'm feeling great and baby could not be better!
I can't believe I get a baby boy! Almost everyone thought it would be a girl. I was going with girl too. Before the appointment that morning I could not sleep! I woke hours ahead of my alarm and just layed there thinking about it! I kept having thoughts of a boy, but turned them into girl thoughts. I really wanted a boy with Bronwyn and although I would never think twice about her being a girl now, I hoped this one would be a boy!

And his little baby feet... he had all ten toes... and we saw fingers too!

I am feeling truly blessed. Experiencing two miscarraiges this year was terrible and extremely difficult. Knowing that we are expecting a little boy leaves me feeling something I cannot even explain. I cannot wait to meet him, and have hin in our family!

What's in the belly?!?!?

Tomorrow is the BIG day! We will be able to find out if it's a boy or a girl growing in the belly! I'm really excited to know so that we can decide on a name and start getting the baby's nursery put together. Danny and I talk a lot about what we would like to have. We've come up with so many good things about either sex that are exciting to us that I don't think there is any preference. We are truly blessed to have made it this far into the pregnancy. I cannot wait until the day that we are able to bring this baby in the world and into our family.

Bronwyn is loving soup! My mom had just picked up this bowl for us, it has a straw built in, so she can suck up all the broth... apparently it's just not as fun that way though!

Cute Little Story...

This morning I was walking around barefoot (haha, and I'm pregnant! Get it! Okay...) and stepped on new runner rug that we have in the hallway. It's pretty scratchy, it's made of some twine looking stuff. Something poked my foot real hard! I walked back into the bedroom saying ouch and sat on the bed to look at the bottom of foot. Bronwyn came over to me and hugged my leg. I told that the rug hurt me! Then she ran out of the room! I heard some cabinets being slammed in the kitchen... and back in runs Bronwyn with a Magic Eraser!!! (You know, the Mr. Clean ones!) So she rubs it on my foot and then hugs my leg again. The she runs off to put it away!!! I love that she needed to help me!


Now... only if the Magic Eraser was actually "magic"...

What a busy Halloween!

It's crazy to think that Bronwyn has doubled in age since last Halloween! Last year she was a Little Pea in the Pod... not even close to walking! This year, our Little Pumpkin was such a treat! It was fun taking her around. Between the zoo, the shopping center, and all of our Halloween stops ~ she had so much fun! And she found her new love... "goo"... known to everyone else as candy! I'm not sure where the name came from, but she asks for it often and knows what it is!!!
We made it to all of our stops and had so much fun seeing everyone!!! Bronwyn loved seeing the costumes the kids were in! We started out trick-or-treating through Main Street at an outdoor shopping mall with Titi Suyzel, Islea, and Little Art and a few of their friends.

















Bronwyn was taking a couple breaks and doing a little posing for me! She loved the bear outside of the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory! They ran out of candy just before we walked up... but no biggie for Bronwyn, she just came to hug the bear!















Here's the gang when they finished. Little Art is hiding in the carseat next to Isela! He had on a cute little bear costume!


After all that we made our stops around family's houses! First we went by Grandma and Grandpa's house. While we were there my cousins were also trick-or-treating there and we got a picture! It's Caidynce, Miranda, McKenzie, and Chelsie. Bronwyn really seemed to like seeing them all in costume!















Then we swung by Grandpa and Abuela's and got to see Aunt Jamie and Uncle Normando while we were there! Suyzel, Isela, and Art were still there so the girls got to playing around! They were pretty crazy, some of the sugar must have kicked in!!!
















Finally, we made it to my brother Danny and Rachael's house! They decorate the outside nice and spooky! Bronwyn was prett amused! Uncle Danny tried to show her all the scary stuff, but she was never afraid! He actually had her kissing this mummy!!!



Aunt Rachael let Bronwyn grab some candy! hopefully she picked something Mommy
likes!!!

After all that, we headed home. Grandma Deb and Grandpa Scotty were coming over to hand out with us for the rest of the night! We passed out a little candy, and they got to spend lots of time with Bronwyn!

Deb might not like me much for posting this picture... but Bronwyn was being too cute snuggled up there! It was definitaly time to wind down and relax!!!
